Background IP: Kosentia retains ownership of any pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, tools, and general knowledge applied during engagements.
Any information shared by prospective or current clients during discovery calls, assessments, or engagements will be treated as confidential. Kosentia will not disclose, share, or use such information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.
We may request that both parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to sharing sensitive technical or commercial information. This can be requested at any stage of the enquiry process.
